I always go in and out of watching items on ebay. Therefor I do not know the average price of the following items which I am hoping to purchase in the nearish (yes i love my words too) future. I have heard that ebay prices are high, and I have noticed this as well, which is why I am asking this question.

~Felicity's reading writing set
~her little green trunk
~her town fair outfit
~her winter entertainment
~her "faithful friends forever be" sampler
~her plantation play set
~her Shrewbury Cake Set

Knowing a "good deal" and a "average price" on these would be a great thing to kep in mind. Thanks!!!

I think anywhere from $75-$150 would be about average for most of those items. Some of them you would be lucky to get for $75.

Yeah, I am a huge Felicity fan and I've found that her green trunk usually goes for around $80-$100 as of late, but the original price from the catalog was $22!!! So if you really want it, you might have to shell out some bucks. Same goes for the Town Fair outfit. I've seen it go for $150 at their peak, but as low as $95, so keep your eyes open.

However, I have seen the Shrewsbury cake and reading/writing set go for around $50, . . . so you might get lucky there. But the plantation play set is superhard to find, and the last one I saw online went for around $80. Look for BINs and sometimes you get someone who is looking to sell them cheap.

Good luck with your Ebaying!

I saw the reading/writing set go for $174 today. A little too much for me, seeing as the inkwell and quill are still available, but to each her own!

In my experience (and I'm probably watching the same things that other HB-ers are watching), all retired things seem to go for varying amounts of money. All in all, be prepared to pay some serious $$ for things especially in Felicity's collection. An additional note, others have noted here that lately ebay prices have been unusually high - now might not be the best time to find a deal.
